Krisel Flores is the Practice Manager at DLP Eye Group with over 18 years of experience in ophthalmology. She began her career as a technician in a solo private practice and quickly developed a passion for ophthalmology. She gained her certification as a technician from the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology where she maintains her active membership.
Over the years she has gained experience in many sub-specialties of ophthalmology such as neuro-ophthalmology, retina specialty as well as pediatric ophthalmology. She has expanded her clinical knowledge to healthcare administration and operations working with some of the largest eye groups in Southern California, where she has had the opportunity to develop operational procedures and structures to enhance clinical efficiency.
In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and her dog. Some of her hobbies include baking and collecting plants.
