Dr. Melody Kim is a Southern California native who attended University of California, Los Angeles and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science. She then went on to obtain her doctorate degree in optometry at University of California, Berkeley.
Dr. Kim is a medically-trained optometrist certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases including glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye disease. She provides full scope ophthalmologic care such as comprehensive eye exams for all ages, surgical co-management, emergency evaluations, and speciality contact lens fittings.
During her spare time, Dr. Kim enjoys spending it with her friends and family as well as travelling. She appreciates good food, great company, and a Dodger's win.
